BEFORE THE GAME

Live sports is the most compelling television because you simply cannot predict what will happen. For example, who would've predicted that Peyton Manning and Cam Newton, Gatorade's two biggest athletes, would play each other in the Super Bowl?

Well, Gatorade didn't guess. And that's why one week before the Super Bowl, we were tasked to create a spot to air right before the Super Bowl Starts.

Oh, and you can't use any footage. And there's no time to shoot. Or budget.

But those guardrails won't keep you from doing work that will put some goosebumps down your arms.
